To see our mind, instead of being the thought that thinks, we have to be willing to let go of it, the thought. That means we have to be willing to let go of what we think. Letting go of what we think, though, isn’t as easy as it sounds.
Sometimes it’s easier to realize we are holding on to what we think, then it is to let go. The paradox of that awareness, of observing ourself holding on, is the alchemy that allows us to embrace letting go.
Seeing that process in what we THINK of as Love might be the cornerstone of the meaning of life. It is so it can be.
Feeling what ever love is, is the connection between what is outside us to what is inside us. By seeing that we can Be. In that BEing there is only Love. The mind, however, lives outside of one in duality and looks to own and control out of fear. So as the mind witnesses the infinity of Love it isn’t, it pretends to own and give love by saying “I Love You”.
